Apparently that was proved a fake - it was filmed for the Sci-Fi channel and the people in it were actors. As for this one there's not a chance that that has been pulled on a string, next someone will be saying it's a baloon. I don't have the expertise to comment on whether it's CG or not - this thread is just full of opinion, although I found the post about it going into the clouds interesting.

I still love that commerical one with the lady in the helicoptor. If that is a real fake we will never again know what is real! When I first saw it I had to do research on it! Was this one CGI to? Its amazing!

tracking is really bad at this one actually. if we would stabilize it, it would be real obvious to everyone, hopping against the clouds. it is CG. and nothing special about its lighting, if you consider it from CG perspective. and the "7:13 am" text is also a giveaway as it has been pointed out.
