Lost 50 lbs doing a lower-carb thing (which was basically: only whole grains allowed, plus veggies and a bit of fruit; plus meats and "good"
fats/dairy), which included the odd "no bun please" burger (sans fries, of course).
It's that processed white flour that'll getcha everytime!
(no, seriously. Processed sugar and white flour are probably the worst things you can eat. Ever.)
