I read from a book by Alex Constantine that the ISA from the military is the most top secret as far as military intelligence goes. And that the CIA is running the ISA. Secrets like project MOCKINGBIRD. The book was called Virtual Government. I'm going to read from page 72 today later on the train. What are your guys thoughts on this?
