Iraq's Ambassador and Arab League Secretary, General Amer Moussa, in 2001, said United States military action against Iraq would be the end of Arab
participation in the United States led anti-terrorism coalition.
Yet, Arab League Secretary, General Amer Moussa, on February 1, 2005, called the Iraqi election an important step.
