GLOCK. by far. virtually indestructable, fires underwater, easy to clean and maintain and simple enuff where a person who doesnt have much training or mechanicalaptitude can disassemble and repair it.

I would have to say that the best guns are as follows: M-110A2,
G6 Rhino, 2S7 Pion, 2S19 MSTA-S, PzH-2000, F-1 GCT & the AS-90.

The best firearms are without a doubt Glock 17, FN Browning Hi Power, Baretta 92/Brigadier, Desert Eagle, Colt 1911, CZ 110 and the H&K P7.

clearly the best weapon for reliability is the ak47 but not the first weapon i would choose. i would choose the new hecklor and cosh m4 carbine which is everything the ak is but better accuracy and has addons like laser designater and grenade launcher whick doesnt need wired up to the
gun like the m16 did.

Thing is, you dont have a million rounds coming your way. Theres only 4-6 projectiles per barrel (so ~180 shots total) after which the whole fire unit has to be replaced. When that one burst you have doesnt hit this weapon is useless. The only use of this concept is as an active protection system.
