They have begun breaking the seals," International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) spokesman Mark Gwozdecky said. "They are going to break all the seals and begin operating the plant in full."

Iran is raising the stakes!! Even though the US estimates Iranis 10 years from developing their own bomb.... this is a very seroius development

They agreed to let the IAEA put the seals on during the discussions with the EU.
Now that the discussions are over, the IAEA honered a request by the Iranians to allow them to remove the seals.

This is all legal and is being done under the supervision of the IAEA.

IAEA officials agreed Tehran's request to remove the seals after installing surveillance cameras to ensure no uranium is shifted away from the plant for any covert weapons work.

I find the iran thing rather funny, because right now some of you seem to love the fact that they have it because the u.s doesnt want them to have it, The real funny part is right now you completely stand against the u.s to try and stop iran from getting what everyone knows they are gonna get, I cant wait till they set it off on some country like isreal or who knows who else, then you same people who do want iran to have them are gonna ask for bush to be arrested for not stoping iran when he had the chance....

If the IAEA (UN watchdog) is giving them permission then how can the US and EU three take Iran to the UN security council?

They have permission to continue it as the IAEA can't forbid any country from civilian nuclear technology if that technology is allowed to be inspected. The Iranian issue can still be referred to the UNSC if there are reasonable suspicions or evidence that Iran is also keeping a hidden, military program, which there is.
