How do I enable the HTMLCode for signatures or can it be enabled?

When we are in low bandwidth, signatures and mini-profile extras are disabled.

I don't think html is ever allowed in the sig. Thats because the potential to be abused is high. You need to use BB code, which is just as good for the simple stuff.
