Help! Need translation from Arabic(?) to English.

I recently dug out a small clip i once recorded from the news. The clip has been subtitled, but it seems to me that its not translated correctly. I hear the word 'Jihad' in the video, and it is not in the subtitles.

I hope somebody understands the language spoken, and will check if the translation is correct?
