help appraising this book

my dad has this old book and he wants to know how much it is worth. and scince i have no expertise in literature or books i figured some of the good people from bts could help. heres about it:

its in great shape, not excellent but great. my dad thought it might be worth something. id like to have a quick answer if its possible my dads planning on selling it tomorrow at our annual street garage sale.

Does it have a catalogue number or anything?

I do collect old medical textbooks...just curious

Generally, most don't sell so well; I picked up most of mine (most were printed in the 1880s) for less than $20 each.
