Iraq Needs Tens Of Billions

"Iraq will need "several tens of billions" of dollars from abroad in the next year to rebuild its rickety infrastructure and revive its moribund economy, and American taxpayers and foreign governments will be asked to contribute substantial sums, U.S. occupation coordinator L. So Basically, if you plan to buy a home, car or college education, you better do it now if your country is included in the UN line-up, because your taxes are about to sky rocket. Now, you may be better off if you don't live in the UK or US, because our taxes will rocket up even more because in the sure to be said words of top UN babies "they started it".

All they have to do is start ripping out some palace walls, and they should find about that much, hehe....

It would be nice to think that, but, I have a feeling our citizen loving poloticians would probably just pocket the money they found that way for their re-election campaigns.

Just that you all know, 1 billion is 1000 million.. And they need about 100 billion..

What a joke! If you think that anyone will really foot the bill to rebuild Iraq you are insane! How much real money has been spent rebuilding the infrastructure in Afghanistan? It's all hollow words. America has never cleaned up its mess. They won the war, once they secure the oil pipeline they will move on to their next conquest.
