You know you've got a gun problem when your worried about a police officer being shot during a house search

I could 100% gaurentee that i could break into every house on my street (in theory for debate purpose only, i'm a law abiding citizen really) in the middle of the night and would have no worries of being shot or killed, good kicking maybe but not killed. How many of you septic's could say that?

My point is relivant because if we did have a gun problem and they legal and freely available these 18 rules wouldnt exist, so who ever has made these rules is looking at it from our point of view, not yours. Anyway are you lot gulible enough to think that in the current climate if it was terrorism they were suspected of then our boys in blue would take their shoe's off at the door then you live up to your reputation quite well

A terrorist's easy defence would be to scatter tacks all over the hallway floor just before the cops bust in.

Our boys wouldnt bother him at his house, just wait till he makes a dash for the tube then shoot him, end of. presuming he's the right guy of course

Nah Cobra, while I can appreciate your (and many others) desire to bash your government (and any other free world government) and their policies, the fact remains. WE are civilized, WE have rules and laws and follow them, WE have the right to bash our governments and voice any opinions we want about them, WE create laws and rules to protect minority groups, WE accept everyones right to follow whatever religion they want.

Think I'm going to create my own religion based on the rules of arrest the Muslims have.

Seems that if you follow a certain religion, you can be exempt from certain Laws.
I am all for letting people practicing any religion, but when it gives you a right to be above the law, then that is totally ludicrous.

I recall that bust earlier this week and I didn't pay attention to the ski-masks and whether or not they took their shoes off.

no way would this happen in reality, it's a health and safety issue, plain and simple a police mans footwear is there to protect his feet in the course of his work, he would be open to all sorts of foot injury in a house raid which would leave him unable to perform his duties
