You are aware that the imposition of the U2U Quota occurred only after recent terrorist spamming by William (Josh) Branton of MisterBellatrix
'Enterprises' in Wylie, Texas (and such quota has subsequently been positioned by the administration as being in the interests of national
security!)
Now, while I am not going to 'connect the dots' there are clearly parallels with the insider trading mechanisms set up in lesser markets like the
Stock Exchange. Why, Bellatrix 'Enterprises' could even be held out every so often as a bogeyman to encourage more purchases. Unless Bellatrix is
hunted down and executed, there will always be some strangely curious sense of 'complicity' in the terrorism. ATS made Bellatrix, and ATS sent out a
posse for Bellatrix to remove him from the virtual face of the earth. Where is his skinny frame dangling from a noose on public display?

2. The custom background color concept has been purloined from my suggestions. I would be pleased to be remunerated for this entrepreneurial piece of
brilliance with a custom background color OR to have my actual suggestion reinstated, to wit - ONLY ATS-points paying ATS Way Above award winners are
eligible for the background color, so the number of background colors will only increase by a maximum potential of one per month. I like ATS for its
content and legibility, I don't want to contend with a phantasmagorical rainbow on every visit!
