Need help with something

Greetings everyone,
I just need some info on a place called....the School of Assassins, but it went by another name at one time. I also need project names....um...it's this mind machine or soemthing like that....goes around the head...don't know...that's about all I can give.

You will find that it is a pet name for the School of Americas. There are plenty of books, web links, controversy and video's about it.
