I might well agree with UK Wizard, Cannonball is a beautiful song. Damien Rice is great, I love his music. But I'll have to say "Tuesdays Gone" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. I admit my opinion is biased, Skynyrds my favorite of all time.

Well, most all of my other choices (from Evanescence, Sarah McLachlan, and others) have been mentioned, so I'd add:

"Nightswimming"- R.E.M.
"Yellow Ledbetter"- Pearl Jam
"Wonderful Tonight"- Eric Clapton

I seriously think you should download it... i mean... err... buy it. The female vocals (Cristina Scabbia) are absolutely amazing. I could listen to her sing for eternity. Plus, she's soooo fine.

I'd say Bach's fugue in G minor is one of the best. Sounds great on classical guitar.
