This looks like a F-18 mated with a Su-47 Berkut; anyone have any clue as to which plane it is...and if you do please post some details on it as well.

Thanks in advance,

Stealth Spy

This is a fantacy which was made in China just on sheet. Such a stupid PS which only rudder or flap can move if not, they must be crash together.

All that is ok.. F-18 + Su-47 n all..

But why the hec does it have that bulge on its back??!!

That bulge isn't there on either of the two a/c mentioned above..
And yeah.. the wings do look a Yf-23ish but still a little too much behind..

It could be a Hornet in "pre design"... Cos' the plane looks exactly like theHornet, If we disscount the wings...

Just a thought, could it be a future varient of the F-18 from the movie Stealth? If the movie takes place in the not-to-distant future than wouldn't there be a few future jets involved?

look closely at the root of the canard

It looks to me like a CG job

The only cannard version of Hornet was never realised Hornet 2000 configuration IV. Maybe was the author inspired by this.

Very clever photoshop, but the nose of the craft is way too sharp and small and out of porportion, plus the numbers on the nose are a bit obscure compared to the other numbers, to me that signifies fast movement. So the nose is part of an aircraft that is moving quickly, and the tail end is part of an aircraft that is moving very slowly.

Just my analysis.

Also, where did they get the tail fins? It's different from both aircraft.

Shattered OUT...

I just saw Stealth, and it definitely isn't from that movie. So I agree that it's a chop job. Not a bad looking jet though.

Btw, Stealth was awful! If you are an airpower buff I highly suggest you DON'T see that movie. It will make you sick with the amount of aviation/weapon faux pas they had.

I'm in LOVE!

That plane looks ABSOLUTELY GORGOUS, the plane of my dreams!

Definitly based on the hornet, maybe a new F-18H King Hornet?

I am so hoping this is for REAL
but I doubt it

The veritcal fins look like they were taken off a Mig-25. The -25 had that angled section on the back of the top of the fin.

Thomas Boulard is head of the art department and lead concept artist for Nevrax, a game dev company.
I searched the games he has had a part in designing and the aircraft is not appropriate for any of the scenarios, so I would venture a guess and say that it is a concept 3D image for a possible future game by Nevrax.
He has also worked on the movies "5th Element" and "Wing Commander".

People saying this looks CG might well be right.

The name Thomas Boulard sounded rather familiar to me and the name Thomas Boulard is, like others said, credited in several computer games as graphics artist, graphics designer and 3D Modeler.

Most of the games hes credited for are RPG/Adventure, but like Intelgurl said, hes still active and might be working on something else for an unrealeased game to.

The rusty look on the wings make it seem textured too. Game artists like adding some rust and dirt to models to make them look more realistic.
In reality however I'm still to see the first aircraft in active duty that even has 1 spec of rust on it.

Reminds me of that new Gripen concept with stealthisized features.

I still love it though, that is hella sexy...
