Bait And Switch?

As many of you know, AT&T Broadband recently switched to Comcast (yet again) and since they changed, their internet connection has been absolutely horrendous. Is there any way we as consumers have as a recourse to get them to get their act together? This has been going on for too long. You can be surfing fine for awhile and then all of a sudden your connection slows to a crawl. Email is useless.
I know there is a worm going around but this is absolutely ridiculous. Im sure Im not the only one that is having these problems. I feel a class action law suite coming on....

I think it's more the worm at this point. I'm on SBC broadband and I have noticed major slowdowns and time outs recently (last week or so).

Even with a firewall running it still is slower than the molasses in january. \


I am on Comcast "high speed" internet.. not aol....
