This brings up the possibility of US intervention...
We all know about Bush's plan to "dominate" space. He plans on denying access to space from other nations. I think he's getting a little
anxious.
The ESA already has a manned mission to Mars planned, and NASA has to build a 'sterile faclity' to protect the people from extraterrestral
diseases.
