anyone no how to speak Eusshu

Sorry for all the post its just that im so hyper today.

There is a universal language spoken by both humans and aliens at dulce base and all over the world and I guess the galaxy. iv been trying to find out how you can learn it. i mean with all the leaks on the dulce papers and people steeping up saying their experiences there should be at least some info on their language
