Keyhole- A Peek at some US Spy Satellites

I just found a website with some information about one of the most secret Black Projects in US history. It is the ongoing Project Key Hole, the Joint CIA/NRO Spy Satellite program.

The site starts out with a look at the KH-4 Corona, America's first operational spy satellite. It explains the history of the program from 1960 to 1972 when it was retired from service. it then covers the KH-5 and KH-6, next come the Gambit and Big Bird series. The sight gose all the way up the the current KH-12 and Lacross sattelites. Here's the link: KEYHOLE Program

I would be remiss if I did not point out that the Corona birds will built at Hiller Field in San Carlos, just up the road from me
