Three-dimensional tubes of living tissue have been printed using modified desktop printers filled with suspensions of cells instead of ink. The work is a first step towards printing complex tissues or even entire organs.

Holy crap that's weird! I hope it works, I bet that'd help out a lot of people. My guess is it'd be best used for creating skin grafts for burn patients, especially because skin is flat... you wouldn't have to do much to it once you "printed" it. Other organs I'd imagine would be a little more difficult since most are a lot more 3 dimensional.
