After reading this. I have to admit. I was wrong. Bush was right. And Iraq is....a better place.

After re-reading this post, I was wrong in posting this. The situation as has degraded, and In observing Bushes action in terms of Diplomacy,it appears that neither he or Condi Rice understand the details of how to defuse the conflict.

There were 39 combat related killings in Iraq in January.
In the fair city of Detroit there were 35 murders in the
month of January. That's just one American city,
about as deadly as the entire war-torn country of Iraq.

When some claim that President Bush shouldn't
have started this war, state the following:...

In America there were From 1998 till 2000,
Murders: 12,658
Murders (per capita): 0.042802 per 1,000 people
Murders with firearms: 8,259
Murders with firearms (per capita): 0.0279271 per 1,000 people
Rapes: 89,110
Total crimes: 23,677,800

How does that saying go? Dont talk about the speck in your brothers eye when you have a plank in your own? Over a 2 year period, 23 million crimes. Whats that...like 13% of the population? 25% of the worlds prison population is in the US...Going to war in Iraq and solving problems abroad..I can see why people wonder about the house we keep and the house we bring.

Is it any wonder that Highly religious cultures abroad want nothing to do with us?

a.FDR led us into World War II.
b. Germany never attacked us; Japan did.
>From 1941-1945, 450,000 lives were lost ...
an average of 112,500 per year...

Sometimes there is great Evil in the world that calls on all men. Iraq was no World War. Its was a problem that needed solving.

c.Trumanfinished that war and started one in Korea.
North Korea never attacked us.
>From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost ...
an average of 18,334 per year..

e. Johnson turned Vietnam into a quagmire.
>From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost ...
an average of 5,800 per year.

What I do see is a nation that starts wars without being provoked. A war against political ideals and systems of commerce more then anything else.

g. In the years since terrorists attacked us , President Bush
has liberated two countries, crushed the Taliban, crippled
al-Qaida, put nuclear inspectors in Libya, Iran, and North
Korea without firing a shot, and captured a terrorist who
slaughtered 300,000 of his own people.

The Taliban is back...Al Qaida seems to have no end in site, North Korea carried out a nuclear test...
news.bbc.co.uk...
and studies show that over 650,000 people have died in the strong arming of Iraq to get Saddam.

The Democrats are complaining
about how long the war is taking.
But ..
It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno
to take the Branch Davidian compound.
That was a 51-day operation.

4 FBI Agents Died and 8 Davidians...Haste made waste. While I do not condone actions on either side, this statement about Reno is laughable on a topic that is nothing to laugh about. It was a sad day in America.

We've been looking for evidence for chemical weapons
in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find
the Rose Law Firm billing records.

Hillary is Running for Presiden and the Chemical weapons were never found.

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the
Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard
than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his
Oldsmobile sank at Chappaquiddick

Ted Kennedy is calling for the troop withdrawl, and the Iraqis appear to be stronger without the Guard then they were with.

It took less time to take Iraq than it took
to count the votes in Florida!!!!

Sex is fast, the birth of a Child is a life time. So is Iraq. The taking of Iraq was a cheap date that accomplised the removing of Saddam but forgot about all the other issues. It has created hard feelings, cultural barriers, and humanitarian liability beyone anything Bush had imagined.

Our Commander-In-Chief is doing a GREAT JOB!
The Military morale is high!

I support all men. But sending our men to Battles that are poorly strategized is a gross violation of responsibility. Our Boys trust the men in power, and the men in power are not trusted by the people. So the Military moral may be high, but the peoples is low. The people say bring our boys back.

I ask you to go with me ... as I went the other day...
to a veteran's hospital and look those men ..
with their mangled bodies .. in the eye, and tell THEM
they didn't hold a job!

Indeed they did..and their Bravery is commendable. That they went and did their job despite the Cowboy like nature of their leaders. They are men of Courage. The number of men with Prosthetics from this war is sad.

So in rethinking this post, It has been more of a Debacle.
A removal of a Tyrant,
A creation of a Humanitarian Disaster.
The stimulation of a potential Civil War.
A mobilization and concentration of would be terrorists.
The building of 14 military bases and the largest Foreign embassy America has...
The results of this battle have mobilized foreign powers in Alliances against us.
Russis is suppying Iran with Defense systems now..

How does that saying go? You get what you pay for?

Welcome to Capitalism America. Sometimes when you buy the ticket, you have to take the ride. This is one ride America could have done without.

There are considerably worse humanitarian issues in the world that can easily be solved by Americas might and know how..its time she start doing that.

George Bush lags in the polls..and in Support.

Its time Humanity rethink what our Maker truly intended.

Peace
