umm i think its from russia i found on some chinese web site.

I think that's the last known munitions factory of Goldfinger, vacated in approximately 1986.

It could be a ploughed out surface-to-air missile launch site, or a poorly disguised test site that was used some years ago, or an entrance to a base, or, or . . really, it could be anything.

I'll go with former SAM or ICBM site.
