At first I thought maybe it was like a room number, or on a map, like "meet in area-51" but there is no mention of other areas in the document.

I stumbled upon this and I dont really understand it.
Just going to point it out.
The webpage talks about this:
It lists a schedule of events and then it mentions this under Day 2
Its from a .gov page. I found it using google. The page will not load though, it will give an error, most likely the content has moved since the google crawl.
