Something strange with the London bombers

Take a look at the guy in the white hat. Zoom in real close, notice how it looks very much like the handrail behind him is going through his head? Looks as if he is the invisacle man wearing a hat. Can someone explain what could have cause the picture to turn out like this.

The rail is not cutting in front of his arm. His arm is bent inward. The line that looks like it is his arm is just the wall edge from behind the rail.

While I think there is more to the bombings than meets the eye, I think this is nothing. I saw this on some other sites and I disagree, this is a real photo. Weather or not the man in the picture had anything to do with anything, that is a whole other issue.
