Is there somewhere on the internet where a video can be posted where it won't be taken down on grounds of copyright-infringement ? , ( at least not for a few months ).

The video in question exposes a cult and, like Scientology , the cult uses copyright-infringement as a means of censoring public criticism if any media they created is reproduced in a critical report , even though that is permitted under "fair use" , ( the video has already been removed from YouTube on those grounds ).

I may have missed it... but what happened with ATSs image hosting? I notice when I go to the ATS Upload area it's broken now and all the images (profile/avatar) that I've uploaded over the years are all gone or the address has changed where they are hosted.

Did the Upload and Hosting ATS has go away or?

It changed to a new type of hosting like 7 or 8 years ago if I recall correctly. Use the arrow down button button (5th from the right) then the upload. Needs to be a JPEG less than 2MB to upload.
