POLL: what kind of forum would you like to see be created on ATS???

a place for customized help of computers for members???

he is great BTW...

In my mind it would be talk shop.

It would be computer troubleshooters gallery.

i can picture it like a "sticky" thread in the "computer help" forum...

in this thread, there would be links to any / all troubleshooting things that involve the computer...

maybe like a "q and a" thing...

maybe it could be like the "FAQ" on ATS but in a thread...

this is just my idea...

that doesn't sound so bad... a whole new forum related to more help is overdoing it.. what COULD be done is a Subforum idea like how in Collaborative Fiction, theres one for Short Stories. This could be the same idea in the Computer Help forum titled "Quick Troubleshooting" or something where you can directly go or something.

Thats more of my 2 cents...

So... to recap... "Computer Chatter" for free computer-related discussion and a troubleshooting subforum in "Computer Help"? We need to wait for the powers-that-be to give the ok... where are you, SO? Come online... or at least to this thread.

SKEPTIC OVERLORD, this is an excellent idea. If my moniker COUNCILOR means anything, I would like to register - on the record - PTS COUNCIL Member EastCoastKid backs this idea alla way.

You're welcome. I'm glad to contribute to the betterment of the ATS Network (my private name for ATS/BTS/PTS/ATSNN/TA... blah blah). I'm also honored to have EastCoastKid supporting my idea. Having a Councilor on my side makes me feel confident, and puts my trust of this whole Council on a higher level.

Thank you everyone for supporting my idea, thanks tsA for trying to grab SO's attention. All we must do now is wait for the man himself to give us the final verdict...
