During his confirmation hearings, Judge Roberts has declined to state his position on Roe v. Wade explicitly, saying, "I should stay away from discussions of particular issues that are likely to come before the court again."

This should be a red light to everybody that this man is going to have the issue of Roe vs Wade in court again.

And his views on women’s rights and on the issue of Roe vs Wade has been out on the clear before, he care less of women, minorities or discrimination’s issues.

The man is going to leave a legacy and that will be to do anything in his power to overturn the ruling of Roe vs Wade if he can.

Many pro life advocates will be more than happy with it, but the issue of what it will entitle is going to be the biggest nightmare for women rights in this country and something that many pro live "Women" in their haste to be in the moral majority don't even comprehend.

That women's bodies will be at the mercy of the courts and strangers.

Newsflash: Mayor McCheese agrees with Bloomberg

Mayor McCheese, who has as much to do with Judge Roberts confirmation as Mayor Bloomberg, happens to agree with him.

Another newsflash: I am just illustrating absurdity by being absurd.

Who cares what a freaking mayor thinks?

Damm RINO's what are you going to do with them :shk: Hmmmmm wait a minute...... Pro Choice, moderate,......... Damm Im a RINO

CarSeller: The break highlights the obvious. The moderates of the party have grown tired of the religious driven agenda and this will bring chaos to the party in 2006 and more importantly in 2008 when there is not VP heir to the throne.
