Trojan Horse

My computer virus scanner (Symantec Antivirus) is continually popping up notifications of a "Torjan Horse" virus and I cannot get anything done on my computer because of the constant notifications, if I close it it will pop up again. I also cannot clean, quarentine, or delete this virus, at least not in anyway that is obvious, so I'm wondering if anyone here knows how? Thanks

Which virus is it? File name given?

Reason I ask is, I just had an awful experience cleaning one.

ABI Network/ Nail.exe

Torjan Horse is a backdoor dialer. There's alot of discussion on it.
