Yeah, it was the whole turkey dinner today with all the trimmings.
My compliments to the cook, since it was me playing chef...

Tonight I'm sitting back and sipping some scotch I got for Christmas and nibbling on ritz crackers and cheese. I also have a can of mixed nuts on the go.

Merry Christmas everyone.

We just had a batch of fish & chips that were to die for.

Fresh russet potatoes dusted with flour and spices, and deep fried to a nice crunchy brown.
Mixed fillet of cod and tilapia done in a beer batter that was nice and thick.
And rings of sweet onion deep fried in the same batter as the fish.

My three cats went nuts over the raw fish, so everyone ate well tonight.
If you listen quietly you can hear my arteries snapping shut from the fat overload.

Of course there was beer left over for the cook to drink.

I had 2 fried eggs (over & easy) plus some sausages & hash brown in the morning and a tall cup of capuccino.

I had rib eye steak with creamy mashed potato for lunch. I had a wnderful desert too. Mud pie pudding with 2 scoops of ice cream, a chocolate & vanilla

I am now trying to decide whether going to eat Vietnam hot pot, or going to an Italian restaurant tonight.

If I 'll go to the hot pot, I will ask for the seafood mix, lethal chili mix & Korean Soju for a drink.

If I'll go to the Italian restaurant, I think I will have carpaccio pene ala arrabiata with some red wine of course
