Ashcroft Patriot Act tour 2003!

WASHINGTON -- Attorney General John Ashcroft began a nationwide campaign Tuesday to defend the USA Patriot Act, saying the anti-terrorism law is the chief reason America has not suffered another catastrophic terrorist attack since Sept. 11. www.harktheherald.com... What I don't understand is why not just make criticism of the Patriot Act a felony?
