OK, allow me to step out of the political game for a minute and go for just the straight truth.

The parties, while giving us ideological sides to take, are really pulling in the same direction. The only major difference between them where the rubber meets the asphalt is in economics, and in that arena the dems would strangle us to death with taxes and spending. But don't think the repubs can't spend; the last couple of years they've turned a deaf ear to Dubbya's plea to knock off the pending and have hung right in there with the dems.
Both parties, just like any of the parties that would have a chance to hold the oval office or any committee seat if they got elected to Congress, have sold their souls to what I call the Agenda, for power and money. Since both parties are controlled by the international power that controls the western world and deals with the other remaining powers in a chummy but "realistic" manner, neither parties are truly out for any citizen's well-being.

Also, Panama was destined to be controlled by the ChiComs before Clinton was in office. Clinton was a most subservient stooge of the Agenda because he lusted for power, influence and control, and he was able to have these things as long as he did "their" bidding.
Carter, as instructed (Carter was a member of the Trilateral Commission until elected President, at which time he resigned), signed away the Panama Canal, paving the way for the Chinese to eventually gain control, as ordained before Carter stepped foot off the farm and into the oval office.

Dubbya, unlike his corrupt father, is not a big fan or stooge of the Conspiracy, but if he enjoys breathing and being pain-free, he'll remember the not so gentle reminder of who is actually in control that the last non-team member, Reagan, received.

Sorry for the break from politics, but while politics is fun, we may want to remember that it is just a sport and that we have no control - not unless we go to guns. That won't happen since it would disrupt the citizen's cable TV and 401(k).

Not to be confused with being a "fence-straddler". IMO, the whole concept of "bi-partisan politics" is just a front that the politicians use to keep the masses arguing with each other while they (the politicians) just continue to take more away from us & stick it in their pockets. Both TC and UP have fallen into that trap quite soundly...Instead of arguing, why not "join forces" to help another fellow human being facing similar problems? After all, UP sees similar (not the *same*, but similar politica attitudes) problems on his side of the pond too...It's just that the European politicians have been a bit more subtle than the American ones (It must have something to do with having a *longer* history & more experience with controlling the masses, I'd guess).

BTW, nice morphing with Clionton's face, UP...Did you do that yourself or did you find it somewhere?
