Gripe, Help Button not work

Hey!

today I wanted to use the Gripe\Help Button...But only a white pop up window appears. I tried with two different browsers.

1. IE 6.0

2. Firefox/1.0.5

Any other people with same problem?

im using Opera and its working fine to me, try again,

if not, U2U a mod, i think some are on

I just saw, that RANT posted for me the suggestions in that forum, which I can not access

Working fine for me actually, maybe trying clearing your cookies and cache. (Not sure why this is like the fix-all solution, but it can clear up alot of problems.)

hmmm..yes working now...well, I am in a internet cafe in Thailand.

Why I can not view the complaints forum?

I believe only ATS Staff & Council Members can view it, though I'm not 100% sure on that....
