I understand the idea and believe that it does happen.

However I will not subscribe to it ever. I will not allow fear to silence my voice. I will state my opinion and my beliefs.

The fear of monitoring is the first step in a controlled society... If you fear and keep silent because of that fear then you have already lost a battle....as Captain janeway said in Star Trek Voyage... Fear exists to be conquered. Have no fear except fear itself.

Now different matter if you flout the law as this idiot did ....

but on ATS and other places that may be monitored I continue to speak out....

It appears to be a fine line between freedom of speach and pure stupidity. It can be sumed up like if you murder someone, you do not go around and bragg about it. One who would, should be given the punishment that fits their crime.
