What do the US need separate police departments for universities, parks, state capitols, post, veterans affairs, forsts, fish and wildlife, energy etc?

The UK does not have these. I think its a waste of money.

Just my opinion but isn't this a little heavy for BTS?

Might like to try P@ATS, in particular:

Social Issues

Review issues related to social programs, the arts, and immigration.


and

Military & Security Issues

Exchange ideas on military spending, national security, regional security, and terrorism.


Just a suggestion nothing more
