Why many see ufo's and why many don't

I agree on documenting ufo sightings more carefully. If I ever see another ufo, I will immediately jot down everything I can think of and wait a day or two before submitting the final report to NUFORC. And God, I wish people would give more detail about the ufo although I know they get all excited which makes it harder to comprehend what they are witnessing. So often, more is written about where they were, how they were feeling, etc., and not enough detail about the ufo. MUFON uses a good form which helps to direct the witness on what is important.
