News system for my site

I want to have a paranormal news wire or system on my site, one that updates the news for me automatically every hour like the one at X Project Magazine. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to an HTML code for it or something similar? Any other good suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks MM, I'll check it out every day for the ATS news portal. Even on rense and rumormill there anren't any good UFO and paranormal articles lately.
