Unless the Basque Rebels have decided to strike a deal with the Islamic Terrorists, I dont think that this has anything to do with the Incidents that have been occuring lately.
ETA does not want to destroy the western powers, they only want independence from the country that has persecuted them for years, they are freedom fighters not terrorists, the key difference between the two being that they actually warn the authoritys in time for no-one to be killed unlike in London.
