The key will be in the formation of the detenators.
They say the detenators were set to go off nearly immediatley..giving this person only seconds or so to get away...you could call it "MILITARY PRECISION".!!

So what we have is :

Small compact bombs (probabley) made of a military grade high explosive using detenators that give the bombers less than a minute to get away !!!

Wouldn't one controlled demo be sufficient to set off any unexploded material. but I digress.

1 - for the cameras and the press and
2 - to destroy the evidence !!!!

Here you have a near perfect crime with all the responsables dead and the destruction of evidence happening on national television infront of the whole world, so nobodys going to squeal because nobody who touched the bombs are alive to tell the tale.
And the real responsables are imune from whatever prosecution because nobody knows who they are, they´re the grey suits in the halls of Whitehall who walk between the raindrops and never get wet.

Just a theory but what if the bomber or bombers where given the bombs by a third party (operative of said GREY SuITS).

The third party says, "dont you worry, the bombs are prepared to detonate at 09.00am, you´ll have plenty of time to escape you just carry it and leave it on the bus/metro with five minutes to spare o.k"

But really the clocks set for 08.50 and the idiot whos the donkey doesnt know and now cant complain because the moron was in the epicentre of the blast and all they have is a head.!!

The suited and booted of London aren't exactly stupid so given that this is probly how it was done "if" it was the Grey Suits.

The question lies in what do 'they' want?

Sure, but it might be the incompetence of the serbian army, or the bosnian army, or the chech army. Those are the ones that are involved in the nexus of black market arms deals and islamists in Europe, not the British Army.

But the main issue here is that islamist terrorists were active in Britain, that there is a support network of extremists in the UK, who have been knowingly allowed into the UK by its overly permissive fugitive acceptance policy. This never should've occured in the first place, but it looks like the brits are taking sensible steps now, emphasising that immigrants adopt british culture and making speech that is intended to incite violence illegal and actually arresting the guys that did it. Next step would be to extradite the people that other governments are looking for, like when the US or France wants to trie an islamist terrorist, or even when Saudi and Pakistan want to, regardless of how 'fair' their homesystems are.
