The E channel airs repeats of SNL every week (probably several times a week) and I recorded a couple of episodes that aired this week and last. On
those episodes, which aired in January and February of 1999, there were mentions of Bin Laden.
The first clip, from January 1999, mentions that US intelligence wanted the whereabouts of Bin Laden after an ABC reporter interviewed him.
The second clip, from February 1999, mentions a warning from George Tenet that Bin Laden is planning another attack against the US.
The clips are short but are still interesting.
