i think i know the answer or i could have pondered this thought to much.

it is possible to change a pattern of thinking useing frequency waves like changeingthe pattern of the brain like mind control but done through many years of time and with subtle changes so small you wouldnt know it had happend.thats one way you could change things witout to many people noticing.imagine 10 years from now some one ask's are you happy and you reply plus 1 happy then is happend and we missed it.

Little by little, right under our noses, the steps towards NWO are being taken.

The first step was taken on 9/11/01. That allowed the Patriot Act to be passed, and with it, you lost a significant amount of your rights, most especially your right to privacy. But, you didnt know that, did you?

The next step will happen, I am willing to be in the next 90 days: another mass casualty 911 style attack, backed up by the huge emotional strain created by HAARP (by the way, the current broadcast profile looks VERY MUCH like pre 911). After this next attack, Patriot II will be passed, which will essentially eliminate the US constitution.

In the unlikely event that Patriot II does NOT pass, a 3rd attack is in the wings, which will likely lead to the initiation of the FEMA protocols, which should solve all problems.

How? It should be more obvious now than ever before. American citizens are nothing but ignorant pawns to the government. They believe everything they see on TV, they are complacent... passive. Their minds are focused on the white trash of Jerry Springer and the romance of their soaps. The President is their fearless leader; the government knows what's best, after all, they surely know what's best for everyone and have nothing but the people's best interests at heart, right? People are worried about their jobs, about their families, their finances, their "education", their cars, their TV programs, their material possessions and entertainment... much to preoccupied than to worry about politics or the state of the union, or to give a second thought to what they see on Fox News, or the words coming out of Donald Rumsfeld's slimy mouth. At this point it's all too easy for the NWO to come to power... because quite frankly hardly anyone will care. It will be for their "security." Remember, the Department of HOMELAND SECURITY announced that the recent power blackout was a test. During this test, they were quite pleased by the reaction of people in affected areas- particularly New York City. This was broadcast over and over.

I believe that the blackout was a cyberterrorist attack (likely related to the Blaster worm). The question is-- WHO wrote the Blaster worm? The same people who released the "good" Welchia virus?

How it works: Equilibrium = Ordo Ab Chao. A steady state exists when Order is brought out of chaos. That last sentence will be familiar to Star Trek fans.

To insure that the steady state that results from bringing Order out of Chaos is the desired state, control both sides of the Chaos.

Get your hands on a pendulum. Traditionally a watch on a chain, but whatever you have is fine. Perhaps your mouse, since you are sitting at a computer. Give the top a tiny nudge to the right, the pendulum makes a huge swing to the right. Give it a tiny nudge to the left, the combination of inputs makes the watch swing to the left. The effect is downright hypnotic, and exasperating. The populace gets riled up when the pendulum is anywhere but hanging still. And all it takes is a tiny nudge at the top.

Now consider the vast number of Pendulum Issues here in America. Gun Control, Abortion, Evolution vs Creation, Our Leaky ( Southern ) Border, et cetera. Sometimes the public is all riled up over these things, and sometimes all is quiet on the Pendulum Issues front. Now, for instance. The pendulums will start swinging when three or more candidates announce their bids for the Presidents office.

When the NWO feels that the time is right to rile up Gun Control, there will be a gentle nudge to the left, at the top. The pendulum will swing left, which will rile up the Right. Then the pendulum will swing right, which will rile up the Left. Outrage everywhere. When things settle down, there will be new laws in effect.

These laws would not be in effect if the pendulum had not been nudged. There would be no justification to impose them summarily and arbitrarily. They will be passed to return peace and tranquility.

The people at the top, who are poking the pendulum this way and that way, have a common agenda. They will keep the pendulum moving until they get the results they want.

People who are aware believe that the Universal World Government will be imposed to fight a threat from off the planet. The people of Earth will be asked to set aside our differences to join forces and fight a threat from space. It is assumed by many that this will be an alien invasion, but I believe this threat will be an asteroid on a collision course with Earth. It will require the combined effort of all nations to fight it, and sacrifices will have to be made. One goverment with emergency powers will be needed, so all efforts can be combined against the common enemy of humanity.

HAARP: Bogus. They have to shut down when geomagnetic storms occur, because the storms produce more effects than HAARP. It is in no way secret, you can drive up during business hours and get a tour. Skeptic magazine, QST ( ham radio mag ) and Popular Science have all covered this.

Someone should really implement a conspiracy stock market so we can sort through all the possibilities and see what turns out to be credible or not.

Guess you missed the idea that was put forth by Adm Poindexter last month for just such a stock market? It was supposedly dropped due to public pressure, but then ressurected under a different name.
