i have a psi ability i just need somone to yahoo messenge to practice that is good with psi

what can i say...it looks like a promising site. i skimmed through it quickly.

it needs a better way to navigate through.

what i read is very similar to how i learned it all myself in the past.
i love that for the very first time i get the sense that i found someone on the net that actually talks from experience and knows what they are on about.

they emphesize on the fact that you need to shield yourself and "ground" yourself. the very basics which most people here seem to forget when doing anything energy/magic related.

I seem to recall sage advice given to me by Enyalius about grounding/sheilding. Very helpful it has been and I have the link here to save having to repeat yourself:
