Baghdad, Iraq -- Under Saddam Hussein's rule, people whispered, rather than talked, about Ali, the young man reputed to be the dictator's son by his second wife. Ali's very existence was a taboo topic.

And astonishingly, he's quite a mystery. No solid facts on his life, no pictures. Is he real or just a rumor?

I always thought Ali was Saddams first wife's love child by Donald Rumsfeld.

I would go with here-say, but when looking at "many" impossible things that happen in this world.....I would say: "anything is possible."

No its just arab gossip, I rad a good article on it where a researcher tried to track him down, the descriptions of the person were always different. Its just a cultural myth in a place where secrecy and repression was so severe that no one knew anything
