astrollager to sue nasa over deep impact strike

well as was mentioned some time ago an astrollager is going to try to sue nasa over deep impact altering the astroids course thereby messing with her predictions. i did try to search out the original story but couldn't find it.

i just heard about it on omni2 a toronto tv station, in one of their little in between show talks. i still can't believe that someone would even considder such a moronic lawsuit. lets hope the courts are not boared enough to realy entertain the idea. this is especialy true since it was a well known venture and if she realy can tell the future it should pose no problem as she should know ahead of time what the effects would be and adjust her stuff accordingly
