As for how accurate it is, well I dont know. I was limited by the world engine. Kind of like the old wolfenstein games, you know huge block walls, 90 degree corners etc.

Block size is limited, so when a building should be smaller / larger, I may not be able to get it just how I want it.

I used a few maps and sattellite images. The problem is that stuff changes over time so if you look closely at various images, there are slight changes that can throw off your entire plan.

I did the best I could with the materials at hand. It would be different if it was like a Grand Theft Auto San Andreas engine



Although they have an area-51 type place in the game. Fun to break into !

It isn't working for me? I've tired it in Flatland Rover and in IE and it isn't working.

Oops my mistake when I crossed over to the new directory. I forgot to change the embedded html index.

It works now. Same URL

meef.5gigs.com...

Can anyone point me in the direction of a DEM file / map of the area (Area 51 surrondings etc)

I can create 3D models from them which will be very accurate.


This would be a major help.
