Little Otik.

Anyone seen this film. Its a strange on i tell ya.
Its taken from an old czech folktale, and is about a couple who cannot conceive a child. So the man hacks up a bit of wood that looks like a baby, and the couple raise it. The stump comes to life, and it keeps getting bigger and bigger, and more hungry!
Quite difficult to watch a times, but worth a look if you are into things that are a bit different!
