Why is it certainly a hoax? Looks ok to me, well maybe the occupants had a couple of drinkypoopoos before they took off, but hey!!

I read somewhere that this video came from a company specialized in video games animations. That's why it is doubtful. Maybe other people could add
more informations if they have.

To me the craft itself looks computer generated. While watching the video in slow motion, using the clouds as a reference it seems to bounce up and
down while zoomed in, but could be just me. Does anyone know of a program that i could use to view this video frame by frame?

Where can I get the codec that will let me see this movie? Every time media player tries to dl a codec, it says my security settings are too high
terminates the download. I set them to the rock bottom level in Control panel/internet options, but still no go. Can somebody tell me what codec
this uses so I can manually get it from a codec site?

Frame by Frame
I watched this video on Adobe Premier Pro frame by frame and it looks authentic. The "craft" goes behind the building as it zooms off.

The most telling thing about this vid is the guy recording it has absolutely no reaction at all. If this was my video, you would hear me going off my
#ing head, mumbling "# me! # me! I dont believe this, what the # is.. no way! # me!!" followed by a loud panicked shout when it goes from 0 to the
speed of sound within a millisecond.
I dunno man, alot of people probably get really frightened when they see these kinds of things. He is kinda breathing hard

some are unimpressed due to the camera mans response to seeing the object, as if he should be shouting and cursing at its magnificance. haven't you
ever been "speechless", in complete awe?
i'll admit the way it zooms of in the end does look strange, but who are we to judge how these crafts are suppose to move or look like anyways? like
we'd know for sure, without a doubt that it's authentic or alien even... maybe the way it bounces is explained by some sort of displacement,
dimensional shifting? regardless, htf are we suppose to know?
this is why any video of anything remotley UFO will always be considered fake unless it lands, and a little grey dude comes out, walks up to the
camera man and introduces itself in some manner. i'd be suprised even then.
i think we've all learnt enough to realise that videos wont help to persuade, but that only individual experience and encounter. i'm not saying
don't bother with filming, by all means continue, it just won't ever work.

I could not start the video so I can not really comment on the footage.
But I am Bulgarian and there was a big story about an UFO above Plovdiv (second biggest city) and thousands of witnesses. It was on national TV this
day and was in many newspapers, too. As far as I know there are many people who took pictures and films. But in Bulgaria nothing really surprises
people, so the story died in sveral days.
I do not know if this video (which I could not see) is from the same incident, but there was a real UFO over Plovdiv for sure.

^^^^^^^TYPICAL DIS INFO AGENT^^^^^^^
Disinformation agents are people working for the mind control perpetrators whose job it is to prevent the truth from getting out.
Never underestimate their ability to do just that.
Massive black budget operations for decades have brought the very best in psychological warfare specialists to either assist the disinfo agents or to
actually be disinfo agents.
We are up against the best there is.
disinfo agents often set themselves up as "helpers", "counsellors" seemingly supporting the victims.
In fact, some of these "support people" hang out with the victims and attend their conferences, where they may try to trigger previous hypnotic
programming, and confuse the issues.
They can be helpful and credible people.
BUT are working to prevent our ppl from ever seeing freedom again.

It's a damned balloon.
Geez..
There's no disinformation in my posts.
The only disinformation here is in the video, because this is a hoax.
Whoever distributed that video was spreading false information about a "U.F.O."

Logical_Psycho it looks nothing like the balloon that you posted & it's actually quite a ridiculous claim TBH.
I must admit it looks more like CGI if it is indeed a fake but I do not see a RC balloon in the video.
Do you think a RC balloon can speed away at the speed which the "UFO" left the frame?
A balloon? You're having a laugh.

There are a couple of reasons why this video is a bit iffy....
First, the ufo is not steady against the background. It occasionally moves with the camera. The first second of footage and the last bit before it
zooms away give the game away. This is one of the other letdowns for that Mexico vid.
Second, any object leaving the frame as quickly as that would lose more definition than the 'ufo' does. Unless of course he's filming at some super
high frame rate using a specialist camera.

A balloon? You're having a laugh.
Obviously it was manipulated through some form of computer animation.
And it looks exactly like the balloons I posted.
A silver, bulgy looking object with crinkly edges.
Go watch the video once more.
Then again.
And maybe one more time.
If I could take a screen shot of the video I would.
But you can clearly see crinkly edges on the object, the same as in the balloons.
Definitely suspect.

I agree that it's a suspect video but after watching the video over & over, it still moves & looks nothing like the balloon that you posted. The
balloon you posted doesn't rotate on it's axis like the craft in the video.
Be objective & don't think that your theory is absolute, only then can you realise that your completely wrong.
