quick question: does RATS need a monthly payment still???

i don't think it does anymore...

i think this because i didn't need to pay this month and i still got in...

am i breaking any ATS law or am i doing anything illegal

it depends what day you brought it last month,

if you brought it on the 24th june then your bill will need to be renewed on the 24th July
