Live 8 consert

Do you think Bob Geldof's Live 8 consert gonna change anything? It's been tried before and it did not work then. The extreme poor still exists.

Yeah, a really good post... I've been thinking about that too... OK, the "stars" can change OUR opinions... But what can we do... Nothing... The concerts should be made for the leaders... And it still wouldn't work... The leaders are so strong that they don't care... In my opinion this is the wrong way to approach the problem... If you would take 10 $ for every man/woman who comes to the concert... You would get a lot of money to the poor nations in Africa... OK, Bono said... We ani't doing this for charity, we do this for human rights... But i still think that you should get food to the peoples before you start to talking about justice...
