where have all the looters gone?

the looters and potential looters are in jail.
maybe some attritioned away, drug OD etc

The incarcerated population is over 2 million,
add the probies & parolees & work released-
(supervised &/or tagged individuals )

thats a substantial population of misfits,
miscreants, that chose to take themselves-
out of the system of choice, in america...

did NWO or Big Brother put them in jail?

AMEN to that....so be it !

Tell me this: If all (or even most) of the criminals are in jail then why does the U.S. still have a tremendous amount of crime?

Same thing that made us win world war 2: production.

For every tank the germans blew up, by the time they got done smoking it, we had ten more rolling off the line.

Samewith crooks. For every one that they lock up and prosecute, we have already bred 10 more.

Thats the point i'm making. The amount of people in jail is NOT the reason there was no U.S. looting. riffraffalunas seemed to be implying it was.

Sure, there are more individuals who may
commit more or different crimes...
But, that's not the 'observation' ...
where's all the looters? is the big Q ??

both of your observations went to a grander scale,

the 'police state', 'big brother', NWO, Patriot Act I,
have been- or are in process- of cleaning up
so's the good, productive,consumer can be serene.

As the common-good evolves, the perps of other
undesirable & unlawful activity will be attended to.

The Pentagon, Wall Street, or in Iraq "rebuilding": it's one of the three.

Apparently the fed gov isnt happy with the number of people incarcerated, as they are so busy inventing entire new classes of criminals to pursue.

Strange they tend to ignore the old standby staple criminals, like rapists, murders, burglars, ect.
