Florida child killing confession may be tainted

He lawyered up 3 times and they never listened. Now he may get away with kidnapping and buring the poor girl alive. This is sickening.

CNN) -- A Florida man's confession that he kidnapped, raped and buried alive a 9-year-old girl may never be heard by a jury because, according to documents, he previously asked for a lawyer but was not given one.

If he gets off because of this technicality there will be such an outrage from the public to make it so that this technicality will not be enough to get scumbags off the hook in the future. The public will demand it and our lawmakers will give them what they want but it will cost them more of their Constitutional rights.

Don't overreact. This has been a public service announcement.

Now as far as I'm concerned even if he gets off he won't last very long once he's let go. Somebody will do what needs to be done. No worries.

well, lets think about this. The outrage should be directed to the bozo who was interrogating him, and did not provide a lawyer.
